29 And just as Isaiah foretold,
“(A)Unless (B)the Lord of [a]Sabaoth had left to us a [b]posterity,
(C)We would have become like Sodom, and would have [c]resembled Gomorrah.”
30 (D)What shall we say then? That Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, attained righteousness, even (E)the righteousness which is [d]by faith; 31 but Israel, (F)pursuing a law of righteousness, did not (G)arrive at that law.
